SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our Shipping is roughly between 5-9 business days. This DOES NOT include Saturday-Sunday. Please order between the time frames of 7am-2pm on Friday's to be included in the business days. After 3pm, your order will not be shipped until Monday. 

  • Once you have purchased your order please give us 24-48 business hours to process your order. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number that will be for you to keep track of your order if you like while it is on its way to me.  

  • All orders placed on the website will be sent to us and is for PICK UP ONLY unless you are a non-local customer.  

  • NO REFUNDS ONCE PURCHASED.

Recommend ordering 2 weeks prior from any desired appointment date due to some packages being delayed beyond our control.

Pick Up Rules

  • Please pick your order up between the hours of 11am-6pm. Before or After these times are out of our business pick up hours.

  • We do NOT offer pick ups on Sunday or Monday. We only offer pick ups Tuesday-Saturday. 

  • Please come and pick up your order at 11637 West Florissant Ave, Florissant Missouri 63033 (STUDIO 4). 

  • If you receive a email stating to come pick up your order please pick up your order within 3 days of receiving the email. 

  • Please know that when picking up your hair a signature is required to sign. The name on the order and the signature must match.
